Hi, I’m Jo Peden
I am an experienced yoga teacher living near the south coast of Wellington. I began practicing yoga in 1996 and have been captivated ever since by the challenge and inspiration of this practice. I started to teach yoga in 2001.
I teach classes in a boutique, dedicated studio in Southgate, Wellington.
I also teach weekly live Zoom classes.

A private session is perfect for you if you have a specific health issue or injury which makes a general yoga class difficult. A private yoga lesson is also perfect for you if you are developing a home yoga practice or want help with specific poses.
Events include workshops, retreats and longer classes with a particular focus. These are all great ways to spend time to gain greater understanding and benefits from the practice of yoga. It can be a real treat to step away from your day-to-day life and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga.
