Weekly Zoom Classes

Do yoga in the comfort and convenience of your own home through my on-line zoom classes.  You get my experienced and engaged teaching, personalised instructions in real-time, and guidance on using everyday items from around your house (like books, cushions and chairs) as props to support your practice.  And you miss the travel time, traffic and the parking.

The classes are a great supplement to conventional classes or, if you’ve been struggling to make it to class, the next best thing.

Cost: $20 per class or ten class pass is $150.

Basic Asana Practice

Duration: 50 minutes
Cost: $15

This audio covers a warm up, standing poses, a backbend, and a quieten-down and relaxation. It includes inversions and alternatives to these. This is a good practice to have at your fingertips.

Keep it Low

Duration: 50 minutes
Cost: $15

The ‘Keep it Low’ practice starts quietly and moves towards repeats of Sukhasana (easy cross legs, folding forward) and Janu Sirsasana (one leg bent out to the side and one leg straight forward extension), followed by a deep relaxation. This is a fantastic evening practice.

Gomukhasana Practice

Duration: 1 Hour
Cost: $15

This practice has focus on and repetition of Gomukhasana arms (catching the hands behind the back, one from above, one from below). It’s a great practice for shoulder flexibility, chest opening and releasing tension from around the upper back, neck and shoulders.
